Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced CRM Manager to lead and oversee customer relationship management strategies. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience and will be responsible for managing IVR systems, licenses, and social media channels to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
The role demands a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills, analytical expertise, and hands-on experience in CRM tools and customer interaction platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- CRM Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and retention. Optimize and maintain customer databases, segmentation, and lifecycle management.
- Supervision of CRM Tools & Platforms: Oversee IVR (Interactive Voice Response) systems, manage CRM software licenses, and ensure compliance with legal standards.
- Customer Engagement & Communication: Design and execute automated customer communication workflows via emails, SMS, and social media.
- Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Track and analyze customer interaction metrics, campaign effectiveness, and engagement KPIs.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and IT teams to align CRM initiatives with business goals.
Key Requirements:
- Experience & Expertise: 10-15 years in CRM management or a related field. Strong knowledge of IVR systems, CRM software, and social media management.
- Skills & Competencies: Leadership, analytical skills, customer behavior understanding, and hands-on experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Certifications in CRM tools are a plus.
